心理疏导对实施体外受精胚胎移植患者的影响

摘要 不孕症夫妇在决定接受人体外受精（IVF）治疗前已经经历了长时间的诊断和治疗过程,心力焦瘁,在生理、心理、社会及经济方面都可能产生各种心理负担[1]。在IVF各个时期均表现出心理应激,尤其是在取卵后等待妊娠结局及IVF失败后应激最强,出现负性心理反应,以焦虑、抑郁多见。通过对2009年2月~2010年12月在我院进行IVF治疗的289例不孕夫妇实施心理干预,有效地缓解了患者的负性心理,降低了治疗中断率,
