摘要
目的：探讨B超对异位妊娠的诊断价值.方法：对75例异位妊娠患者,采用超声诊断仪检查、分析,并获得超声诊断.结果：本组75例异位妊娠中,经术后病理确诊者69例,诊断符合率为92%.结论：经阴道超声检查是一种无创性检查方法,能及时、准确诊断异位妊娠.
Objective： To investigate the clinical value of B--ultrasound diagnosis of ectopic pregnancy. Methods： Ultrasonic diagnostic examination was carried out on 75 cases of ectopie pregnancy. An analysis was made on the data of the examination. Results Of the 75 cases of ectopic pregnancy, 69 cases were confirmed by pathology, diagnostic compliance rate was 92%. Conclusion： Transvaginal ultrasound is a noninvasive method, it can incur a timely, accurate diagnosis of ectopic pregnancy.
