摘要
采用VODC+ESR法研制了300MW核电站安全阀超低碳不锈钢(00Cr17Ni12Mo2)锻件200多件,最大锻件重约11.5t(切下的阀体锻件最重约3.7t)[C]低达0.005%[P]≤0.028%,[Co]≤0.02%,晶粒度为5~6级,力学和抗晶间腐蚀性能优良。产品满足ASME和RCC—M标准核安全一级阀要求,已全部交付使用。还研制了一些其他具有特殊要求的产品。在生产上述产品的过程中,开发了生产25t电渣锭的技术。本文还对一些技术经济问题进行了讨论和总结。
More then 200 ultralow-carbon stainless steel forgings for relief valves of the 300MW nuclear power station were developed by VODC+ESR process. Of which,the heaviest one is about 11. 5t (cutted out body of valve is max. 3. 7t) ,[C]is as low as 0. 005% ,[Co]≤0. 02% ,[P]≤0. 028%,grain size is 5-6 class,mechanical properties and resistance to intergranular corrosion are excellent. The products meet ASME and RCC-M standards on first class nuclear relief valves and have been delivered. In addition,a number of other products with special requirements and 25t ESR technology have been developed. In this paper,some technology and economic problems are discussed and summarized.
