摘要
针对 9Si Cr钢搓丝板在使用中经常发生的早期崩牙失效问题 ,从改善材料的塑性 ,韧性 ,充分发挥材料高强度潜力出发 ,通过工艺试验 ,提出了高温预热、低温短时加热淬火的工艺方案。并对 9Si Cr钢的组织、回火温度与强韧性能之间的关系进行了探讨。
In view of the early break tooth problem of 9SiCr steel screw plate frequently taken place during operation,from improving the plasticity and toughness of material and fully bringing out the latent potentialities in high strength of material,this paper gives a technology plan of higher temperature preheating,and lower temperature and shorter time heating and quenching.The relationships of structure,tempering range and strength-toughness of 9SiCr steel are also made a necessory inquiry.
