摘要
针对二重集团公司钢包精炼炉 (L RF)完成的十炉冶炼转子钢的工业性实验进行了研究。实验结果表明 :钢水初始硫 [S]在 0 .0 2 0 %以下炉渣采用下列组成 :Ca O=5 5 %~ 6 5 % ,Si O2 =13%~ 15 % ,Mg O=4 .0 %~ 6 .0 % ,Al2 O3 =3%~ 5 % ,Fe O<0 .5 % ,Fe2 O3 <0 .3% ,Σ (Fe O) <1.0 % ,B=3.5~ 5 .5和真空搅拌功 εM·t=(70~ 10 0 )× 10 3
In terms of Ladle Refining Furnace (LRF) built in No.2 Heavy Machinery Plant,ten heats industrial experiments were carried out as to rotor steel.The good desulphurization effect was obtained by means of controlling following facters:The initial sulphur content is less than 0.020% in hot steel and slag composites are as followed:CaO is from 55% to 65% and SiO 2 is between 13% snd 15%.MgO is kept at the range of 4.0% up to 6.0% and Al 2O 3 is from 3% up to 5%.FeO is less than 0.5% and Fe 2O 3 is less than 0.3%.Σ(FeO) is less than 1.0%.Slag Basicity(B) is controlled from 3.5 to 5.5.The vacuum stirring power(ε M·t) is(70~100)×10 3J/t.
