摘要
目的:探讨住院精神病患者攻击行为的原因,采取相应的防范措施,以减少精神病患者攻击行为带来的严重后果。方法:对2007年8月至2010年8月收治的34例有严重攻击行为的精神病患者进行回顾性分析。结果:精神病患者住院期间攻击行为与患者的精神症状和护患关系有直接关系。结论:做好病房的安全管理工作,建立良好的护患关系、预见性开展护理工作、可有效防范精神病患者住院期间的攻击行为。
Objective：To study the causes of hospitalized psychotic aggressive behavior and adopt the corresponding preventive measures so as to reduce the serious consequences caused by psychotic aggressive behavior.Methods：Total of 34 psychotics who suffered from serious aggressive behavior admitted in Taiyuan Psychiatric Hospital in Shanxi from August 2007 to August 2010 were analyzed retrospectively.Results：The psychotic aggressive behavior during hospitalization had a direct relationship with the psychiatric symptoms and the nurse-patient relationship.Conclusion：It could prevent psychotic aggressive behavior during hospitalization effectively to take strict precautions,establish good nurse-patient relationship and develop the predictable nursing care work.
