摘要
目的探讨不同热抗原修复方法与CD105染色阳性率的关系。方法病理切片进行不同热抗原修复方法的免疫组化染色。结果免疫组化染色结果显示,热修复能量越高,CD105阳性率越好,但同时非特异性染色的情况会极具增加,使得结果可信度降低;而低能量的热抗原修复会使得染色效果不好。结论对于CD105的染色来说,高温高压抗原修复2分钟,或者普通高温抗原修复6分钟,都能使得抗体特异性和灵敏度达到理想的效果。
Objective To investigate different heat induced epitope retrieval method on CD105 immunochemistry detection. Methods Different heat induced epitope retrieval method were used for immunochemistry of CD105.Results The higher energy induced in epitope retrieval appeared a higher positive detection,but compare a increase false positive,while lower energy compared with week results.Conclusions Specific to CD105,boiled water and high air pressure can just carry out for 2min,while normal boiled water can prolonged the time to 6min.
