摘要
介绍了一条生产铸钢件的实型铸造生产线的设备配置。
A full mold cast line of steel castings has been introduced,including equipment and technological flow and specific production process. Abstract: Influence of full mold sprue height and pouring temperature on mold filling capacity in EPC process is discussed. The results show that the higher sprue has no favor effect on the molding filling capacity. The mold filling capacity will be lowered while the pouring temperature is higher than 800 ℃。
