冠状动脉支架内血栓形成的护理 被引量：1

摘要 目前介入技术和器械的日臻完善，循证医学对冠心病的介入治疗的临床应用价值得到肯定，冠心病的介入治疗的疗效和安全，陛得到明显提高，目前已成为与药物治疗、冠状动脉搭桥手术并驾齐驱的治疗手段。毫无疑问，药物洗脱支架（DES）的应用已成为冠心病PCI的最新里程碑，使冠心病PCI治疗的再狭窄率明显降低，但其血栓发生率与金属裸支架相比仍然较高。［1］关于DES内血栓的问题目前仍成为心脏介入医生关注的热点之一。
