摘要
阐明了一次风机的选择原则,总结了350 MW 锅炉汽轮发电机组正压直吹式制粉系统的一次风机叶片被切割,导致风机效率下降至57.89 % ,并促进了炉内燃烧工况恶化等后果。同时,指出了正压直吹式制粉系统的节能方向及导流调节风门设计的基本原则。
The choice principles of a primary air fan(PAF) are described.An efficiency decrease of 57.89% and the worse of the combustion condition in furnace arose from the shortened blades in the PAF for the pulverized coal positively feeding system in 350MW thermal power plant.The direction of the energy saving for the system and the basic principle of the guidance vane design are also given out in the article.
