摘要
绿色企业文化是建筑施工企业的必然选择和社会发展的客观要求。科学发展观为企业绿色文化建设提供了科学的原则和方法。基于科学发展观的企业绿色文化建设,要求建立"以人为本"的企业生态价值观,并依据"全面协调"、"可持续发展"的原则制定企业绿色管理制度和绿色施工管理制度,从而实现经济、社会、环境三个效益的统一与协调发展。
Green corporate culture is the inevitable choice of construction enterprises and the objective requirements of social development.The concept of scientific development provides scientific principles and methods for the green enterprise culture building.The establishment of green culture based on the scientific development concept called for establishing ＂people oriented＂ enterprise ecological values,and developing green management system and green construction management system based on the principles of ＂full coordination＂,＂sustainable development＂,in order to achieve the integrated and coordinated developments of economy,society,and environmental benefits.
