氯诺昔康和氟比洛芬对开颅术中体温和术后寒战的影响 被引量:1

摘要 目的:观察神经外科开颅术前使用氯诺昔康和氟比洛芬对术中食管温度以及术后寒战发生率的影响。方法:将择期行开颅幕上脑肿瘤切除术的60例患者随机、双盲分为三组,分别于麻醉前给予生理盐水10 ml(NS组)、氯诺昔康16 mg(L组)和氟比洛芬酯脂微球注射液100 mg(F组)。记录术中重要时间点的食管温度及术后寒战的发生率。结果:围术期各时间点的食管温度及术后寒战发生率在各组间差异均无统计学意义(均P>0.05)。结论:神经外科麻醉中预先使用氯诺昔康和氟比洛芬对神经外科术中的体温无影响,不会增加术后寒战的发生率。 Objective: To investigate the effect of preoperative Lornoxicam and Flurbiprofen on esophageal temperature and postoperative shivering in neurosurgical craniotomy.Methods: 60 patients(18-60 years old,ASA Ⅰ-Ⅱ) undergoing selective supratentorial craniotomy were randomized into three groups with twenty cases in each group,and 10 ml normal saline(NS group),Lornoxicam 16 mg(L group) or Flurbiprofen axetil 100 mg(F group) were trated intravenously before induction,respectively.Esophageal temperatures were monitored at important time points,and postoperative occurrence of shivering was observed.Results: There were no significant differences in esophageal temperatures and occurrence of postoperative shivering among three groups(all P0.05).Conclusion: This study implys that with preoperative Lornoxicam and Flurbiprofen,esophageal temperatures,as well as the occurrence of postoperative shivering may not be influenced in neurosurgical craniotomy.
