协同萃取液膜体系从Li^+、Na^+、K^+混合溶液中提取Li^+ 被引量:1

摘要 从卤水、海水中提取Li是目前较为活跃的研究课题。用液膜法从Li^+、Na^+、K^+混合溶液中分离Li^+的报道很少。协同效应在乳状液型液膜中的应用还未见报道。本文采用噻吩甲酰三氟丙酮(HTTA)和磷酸三丁酯(TBP)作为混合载体的液膜体系,快速、高效地从Li^+、Na^+、K^+的混合溶液中分离、浓缩Li^+,为从卤水、海水中提取Li^+提供了重要的依据。 We used HTTA and TBP as synergic extraction carriers in liquid membrane for separating and concentrating Li+from K+,Na+and Li+mixed aqueous solution .The results are as followsithe ratio of HTTA to TBP was 112 to 1 : 4 and total concentration of carriers was 0·2mol·F1; the pH of external aqueous medium should be more than 12 and inner phase was 6mol·1-1H+; surfactant(lan-113B) concentration in membrane was 1%(w%); the ratio of external phase to emulsion was 1:10. In the condition of external phase containing [Li+]= 100ppm, [K+]= 5,000ppm and [Na+] = 15,000ppm,after first treatment, the 98% of Li+was concentrated in the inner phase in 5 min and the concentrations of ions in the inner phase were [Li+] 1,800ppm,[Na+] =9,000ppm and [K+]= 1.000ppm. After second treatment,the concentration of Li+ came up to 18,000ppm but Na+and K+were only 2,600ppm and 200ppm,respcctively.
