摘要
首先以对羟基苯甲醛、对氨基苯磺酸合成希夫碱化合物;然后将对羟基苯甲酸、氯乙醇、丙烯酸、含氢硅油通过取代、酯化、硅氢化反应合成聚硅氧烷化合物;聚合物再经过酰化反应后,与希夫碱发生酚解反应合成了目标液晶。通过红外光谱对液晶化合物的结构进行表征,并利用偏光显微镜和DSC测试目标产物的液晶性能。结果表明:此液晶具有近晶A型液晶特性,液晶相变化范围为135.39~198.58℃,液晶范围宽,为特殊功能材料提供了研究范围;同时,在液晶合成与制备方面也优化了合成路线。
Schiff base compound was synthesized used p-hydroxy benzaldehyde and sulfanilic acid,and then,polymer was synthesized by etherification,esterification and grafting reaction used p-hydroxy benzoic acid,chloroethanol,acrylic acid.Finally,liquid crystal was contained through chloration,phenolysis used polymer and Schiff base compound.The structures of these compounds were characterized by IR.The phase behaviors were observed by differential scanning calorimeter(DSC) and polarization microscope(POM).The results showed that the texture of liquid crystal was the type of smectic A liquid crystal,and the liquid crystal temperature range was 189.45℃~267.65℃.This liquid crystal had good liquid crystal performance in a wide temperature range,it would have broad prospects for application.And,synthesis condition was optimized in the preparation.
