提出了全新的软件芯片的概念，探讨了CNC软件芯片的组成及其应具有的特征，并就其中的核心芯片作了分析，提供了基本的设计思路。
The paper puts forward the latest concept of software iC for CNC,and approaches the CNC software IC composition and its features which should be provided. The paper also analyzes the kernel chip and gives a basic design thought.
