摘要
过硼酸钠(NaBO_3·4H_2O)是一种可以使硫醚起选择性氧化反应生成相应亚砜的有效试剂,本文报道一系列苯硫醚化合物(1a-j)经氧化生成相应亚砜(2a-j),反应中烯键以及羟基、羰基、酯基、酰胺基、氰基等官能团未受影响。
Sodium perborate (NaBO3·4H2O) has been found to be very efficient and convenient reagent for the oxidation of a variety of phenyl sulfides (la-j) to give corresponding sulfoxides (2a-j). Alkenic double bond and other functional groups such as OH ,COCH3, CO2CH3, CONH2 as well as cyano do not interfere in this reaction.
