摘要
随着软件项目开发规模的扩大，软件项目开发进入软件系统工程的高度。本文介绍了日本软件项目系统开发流程。其制定的规范和标准适用于中大型的软件项目系统开发，可保证整个系统开发的效率和质量。本文还简要比较了美国和日本在软件项目开发中不同风格。以期对我国软件开发人员有所借鉴，从而提高我国软件项目开发具的规模和质量，参与国际竞争。
With the increasing scale of software project, software engineering becomes a guarantee for the whole project. This paper discusses the software system development flowchart and management method used in Japan. We also briefly compare the different styleofsoftware development used inJapanand inAmerica.
