摘要
该文从功能集成、技术集成、软件集成和人的集成4个方面对集成化管理信息系统的集成因素进行了探讨，得出了各部分集成的模型，从而对指导建立集成化管理信息系统提供了理论支持。
From the following four aspects: the function integration, the techonology integration, the software integration and the human integration, This paper investegates the integration factors of Integrated Management System(I-MIS) and presents the integration model of each aspect of I-MIS. This method supplies a conduction to build I-MIS.
