摘要
目的:通过本病例研究,探讨早期复极综合征与Brugada综合征的离子及细胞学机制,分析其间关系及病理。方法:以家族病例为研究对象,通过医学数据分析及鉴别诊断。结果:早期复极综合征(early repolarizalion syndrome,ERS)主要表现为心电图ST段抬高,是一种特发性心电图改变,以明显的J波和ST段弓背向下抬高为特征。结论:早期复极综合征与Brugada综合征的离子及细胞学机制相似,统称为Ito电流调节的"J波综合征",它们之间的区别仅在于Ito电流密度及J波大小。
Objective： to discuss the case study, by early bipolar syndrome and Brugada syndrome ion and cytology mechanism during relations and pathology, analysis. Methods： by family cases as the research object, by medical data analysis and differential diagnosis. Results： the early bipolar syndrome （ERS） repolarizalion syndrome, we mainly for ecg st-segment elevation patterns, it is a kind of idiopathic ecg changes to obvious J wave and ST segment outlining characterized downward raise. Conclusion： early bipolar syndrome and Brugada syndrome ion and cytology mechanism similar, collectively referred to as the ＂J Ito to adjust current syndrome＂ they wave only lies in the difference between the current density and J wave Ito size.
