摘要
用XRD、XIFS及SEM等对比分析了不同退火温度或退火时间下Y-Ba-Cu-O薄膜的相结构、成份比及微结构等的变化。发现在860℃/1h的退火条件下,薄膜已形成了较为完全的超导相,而940℃/1h的退火条件将使薄膜失去超导性。当退火温度升到900℃以上时,Ba和Cu原子浓度百分比开始较快地下降。结合不同条件下的T_c测试数据及分析结果,提出了较为合适的退火条件。
The phase,composition and morphology of Y-Ba-Cu-O films at different annealing temperatures and time intervals were investigated by XRD,XIFS and SEM.It was found that YBa_2Cu_3O_(7-y) was formed in the film annealed at or above 860℃ for 1h,however the film lost its superconductivity after annealing at 940℃for 1h.Atomic concentration percentage of Ba and Cu decreased quickly when thetemperature was higher than 900℃.Combined with the analysis results and mea-surements of T_(?),an advisable annealing condition was suggested.
