摘要
目的观察米非司酮治疗子宫肌瘤的临床疗效。方法选择40例子宫肌瘤患者给予米非司酮治疗,3个月为1个疗程,2个疗程后行彩超检查子宫及肌瘤大小的变化,并与治疗前比较。结果服药后子宫和肌瘤的平均体积均较服药前明显缩小,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论米非司酮对子宫肌瘤治疗有一定效果,不良反应少,值得临床推广应用。
Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of mifepristone in treating uterine fibroids.Methods The 40 patients with uterine fibroids were given mifepristone,3 months for a course of treatment,taking observation of clinical effects after 2 courses of treatment.Results After taking the average volume of uterus and fibroids significantly smaller than before treatment;the differences were statistically significant（P0.05）.Conclusion Mifepristone has a certain effect,less adverse reaction,worthy of clinical application.
