摘要
建设"职工之家"是新时期企业工会的一项重要工作。为使建家活动切实收到成效,企业工会要与时俱进,不断创新和完善建家的内涵;要尊重科学规律,积极探索和创新可靠有效的建家手段。
Constructing of ＂Home of Staff＂ is an important job for trade unions in new time.In order to make building home activities get effective,enterprise unions should keep up with the time,continuously innovate and improve the content of building homes,respect the laws of science,and actively explore and innovate reliable and effective means of building homes.
