摘要
心肌肌钙蛋白Ⅰ的测定是近几年国外发展建立的高灵敏、高特异的反映心肌损伤的血清学实验诊断指标。本文引进金标记免疫层析应用在心肌梗塞的诊断及治疗观察。１３０ 例患者分别从发病入院３ ～９６ｈ 进行了监测， 诊断率在９８ ．４ ％ ，宜于临床广泛应用。
Determination of myocardium troponin Ⅰ is a kind of serologic test which can reflect the injury of myocardital cells with great specificity and sensibiliry. In this paper,we described in detail the application of goldmarked immunochromatographic quality test in the diagnosis and treatment observation of MI. 130 cases were determined 3-96 hours after onset of acute myocardial infarction Altogether.The diagnosis rate was 98.4%.We think it is helpful to be used in clinicaly practice.
