三叶因子1、2和环氧合酶-2在胃癌组织中的表达 被引量:2

Expressions of trefoil factors 1 and 2 and cyclooxygenase-2 in gastric carcinoma

摘要 目的研究三叶因子1(TFF1)、三叶因子2(TFF2)和环氧合酶-2(COX-2)在正常胃黏膜组织、癌旁组织和胃癌组织中的表达情况,探讨TFF1、TFF2表达与胃癌发生的关系。方法采用SP免疫组化方法检测30例正常胃黏膜组织、50例癌旁组织和50例胃癌组织中TFF1、TFF2和COX-2的表达。结果在正常胃黏膜组织、癌旁组织和胃癌组织中,TFF1、TFF2表达呈逐渐减弱趋势(P<0.01),而COX-2的表达呈逐渐上升趋势(P<0.01),TFF1、TFF2的表达强度与后者呈负相关(P<0.01)。结论 COX-2的表达增加抑制TFF1、TFF2的表达,细胞增殖与凋亡失衡,最终导致胃癌的发生。 Objective To investigate expressions of trefoil factor 1(TFF1),trefoil factor 2(TFF2) and cyclooxygenase-2(COX-2) in the normal gastric mucosa,carcinoma-adjacent tissues and gastric carcinoma,and to explore their roles in pathogenesis of gastric carcinoma.Methods Expressions of TFF1,TFF2 and COX-2 were determined by immunohistochemistry in 130 gastric specimens,including 30 specimens of normal gastric mucosa,50 specimens of carcinoma-adjacent tissues and 50 specimens of gastric carcinomas.Results In the normal gastric mucosa,carcinoma-adjacent tissues and gastric carcinoma,TFF1 and TFF2 expressions showed a decreasing tendency(P0.01)),while the COX-2 expression showed an increasing tendency(P0.01).Expressions of TFF1 and TFF2 were negatively related to that of COX-2(P0.01).Conclusion The increase in expression of COX-2 inhibits expressions of TFF1and TFF2,and unbalance between proliferation and apoptosis of cells results in carcinogenesis.
