外用抗真菌药布替萘芬治疗浅部真菌病 被引量：2

摘要 布替萘芬是苯胺类抗真菌药,其结构和作用机理与丙烯胺类一样。它是角鲨烯环氧化酶抑制剂,对皮肤癣菌的最低抑制浓度和最低杀菌浓度非常低,故为杀菌性。1％霜剂,足癣外用每日1次4周或每日2次1周;治疗股癣、体癣每日1次2周能获治愈。其不利反应发生率≤2％,比赋形剂还低,患者耐受良好。布替萘芬具有外用抗真菌药的一切优点。
