摘要
本文报告了人胎儿关节软骨细胞和兔关节软骨细胞的体外培养。结果表明:胎儿关节软骨细胞和兔关节软骨细胞在胰蛋白酶和胶原酶作用下,在无CO2培养条件下,获得了大量的软骨细胞,且能生长分裂,复制。为将此法用于生物材料的人工软骨研究奠定了基础。
