摘要
研究心内膜一侧心肌血流状况对心脏病的预防和治疗有着重要的意义。但是，观测心内膜血流是十分困难的，而高速ＣＣＤ显微镜为观测提供了有力的工具。本文对高速ＣＣＤ的结构、原理和观测方法进行了详细的介绍。
It is important to study the blood flow in the intramyocardial for the prevention and treatment of heart disease.But it is very difficult to observe the blood flow in the subendocardial.Fortunately the high speed CCD microscope provides a powerful tool.In this paper,the structure,principle and the method of observation of the high speed CCD microscope is introduced in detail.
