摘要
QT间期受到前一RR间期和心室肌细胞状态的影响,因此对心室复极化时程变异(repolarizationdurationvariability,RDV)的分析可用来评价心室疾病状况。由于QT间期检测困难,一般以RT间期代替QT间期。我们采用以相关系数为条件的模板匹配的方法检测T波峰值点。受试者受控呼吸时,从HRV和RDV谱分析的结果可以看到,高频峰受到呼吸频率的调制。在乌拉坦麻醉下,用阿托品改变大白鼠呼吸频率,也可以看到类似的结果。这些结果证明了RDV检测方法的可靠性,为今后进一步深入研究心室复极化的心电图指标打下了基础,将会在一些心室疾病的早期诊断和预后评估等方面发挥更大的作用。
The QT interval is affected by the prior RR interval and the state of ventricular myocardial.So the ventricular diseases can be evaluated with RDV analysis.Generally,the RT interval is used instead of QT interval,because it is very difficult to detect QT interval.In our care,the peak of the T wave was detected by template matching with correlation coefficient as given condition.When the subject's respiration was controlled,the peak of high frequency of the HRV and RDV spectrums was seen modulated with respiration rate.Similar result was found,when respiration rate of rat under Urethan anesthesia was changed with Atropine.These results proved reliability of the RDV detection method.It lays a good foundation for future research of ECG parameters of ventricular repolarization.The result will be of benefit for earlier diagnosis and prognosis evaluation of ventricular diseases.
