摘要
目的:探讨艾滋病毒携带者及艾滋病(HIV/AIDS)咳嗽的中医临床特点、病因病机以及证候分布规律,为开展中医药治疗提供依据。方法:采用病例回顾性分析的方式,筛选出符合条件的河南省艾滋病病历资料282例,应用SPSS13.0软件对提取的相关数据与信息进行统计学处理与分析,并进行因子分析,归纳其内在的证候特点和规律。结果:经主成分分析,共得出10个特征值大于1的主成分因子,其对总方差的累积贡献率为63.139%,能很好的反应艾滋病咳嗽的特点、病因病机以及证候分布规律。结论:艾滋病咳嗽的病因以虚为主,归结为元气亏虚,同时受外感六淫之邪气的侵扰主要为风、湿、热。
Objective ：To Seek the clinical characteristics etiology and pathogenesis and syndromes distribution of TCM of HIV/AIDS cough, providing the basis for developing TCM therapy. Methods ： The cases were reviewed, accords with 282 cases of henan, apply with software SPSS13.0 to analyze the relevant data and information statistical processing and analysis and factor analysis, sums up the inner syndromes characteristics and rules. Results：From the principal component analysis, drawing 10 component factors whose eigenvalue greater than 1 principal, the total variance accumulation contribution was 63. 139% , can be very good response characteristics of AIDS cough, etiology and pathogenesis and syndromes distribution rule. Conclusion：AIDS cough etiology of virtual mainly attributed to the qi deficiency and archaeus deficiency, at the same time by six evils of exogenous evil influence of depressions mainly for wind, wet and heat.
