新型管材专用料聚1-丁烯基树脂结晶动力学研究

Studies on Crystallization Kinetics of Poly(1-Butene) Based Resin Specially Used for New Type Tubing

摘要 利用13C-NMR、POM(偏光显微镜)、DSC(差示扫描量热仪)对自制的聚1-丁烯(i-PB)及1-丁烯与少量丙烯共聚物(B-P)的组成、微观形态和结晶性能进行了研究。实验结果表明,该共聚物为嵌段共聚物,其中丙烯摩尔分数为6.4%;B-P的球晶尺寸与i-PB的球晶尺寸基本一致,但少量丙烯的引入改变了i-PB的结晶成核和生长机理,B-P的总结晶速率明显高于i-PB,从而为B-P的应用提供了一定的理论基础。 The compositions,micro-morphology,crystalline properties of self-made poly(1-butene)(i-PB) and propylene-1-butene copolymer(B-P) were investigated by 13C-NMR,polarization optical microscope(POM) and differential scanning calorimetry(DSC).The experiment results show that the copolymer is block polymer;the molar fraction of propylene is 6.4%.The spherulite size of B-P is about the same as that of i-PB,but the addition of a small amount of propylene changes the crystallization,nucleation and growing mechanism of i-PB.The total crystallization rate of B-P is obviously faster than that of i-PB,thus it provides some theoretical basis for the application of B-P.
