摘要
目的 探讨胎脑额叶脑沟的发育规律，为研究成人脑的结构和功能提供参考资料。方法 将收集到的８９ 具不同胎龄的标本经１０ ％ 福尔马林固定３ 个月后取脑，观测额叶各脑沟的出现时间、长度及深度，并对各胎龄组额叶脑沟的发育情况进行对比分析。结果 额叶脑沟一般从５ 月龄开始出现，至７ ～８ 月龄全部出现；随胎龄增大，脑沟的长度逐渐增加，深度也随之加深，且脑沟的弯曲程度也越来越大，脑沟长度和深度增长最快的时间在胎龄第８ 月。结论 胎脑额叶脑沟的生长发育与胎龄有密切关系，且各脑沟呈现“慢－ 快－ 慢”的发育规律。
Objective To explore the development rules of the grooves in fetal cerebral frontal lobes and to provide information about the structures and functions of adult brains for research reference.Methods 89 specimens of different gestational ages were collected and fixed through 10% formalin.And three months after the brains were taken out ,the emerging times of different grooves in frontal lobes and the length and depth were observed and determined ,and the developing conditions of grooves in frontal lobes at different gestational ages were analysed comparatively.Results The grooves generally began to appear from the 5th month and fully developed between the 7th and 8th month.With the increasing fetal age,the length of grooves gradually increased,the depth increased with it and the curvature of the grooves increased more.The length and depth of grooves increaced most rapidly in the 8th month of the gestational ages.Conclusion The growth and development of grooves in fetal cerebral frontal lobes are closely related to the fetus's age and different grooves show a slow-fast-slow development rule.
