摘要
目的探讨多层螺旋CT血管成像(MSCTA)在活体肾移植术前的应用价值。方法 55例肾移植供体,其中男50例,女5例,平均31.10±6.08岁。采用德国西门子Emotion16排螺旋CT机。所有病例均行平扫、动脉期及静脉期扫描。结果 33例可见副肾动脉,发生率60.0%;7例可见肾动脉过早分支,发生率12.7%;7例有多支肾静脉,发生率12.7%;主动脉后位型肾静脉1例,肾静脉晚期汇合3例,2例可见左侧性腺静脉粗大、迂曲,2例右侧隔下动脉源自右侧肾动脉。结论 MSCTA能够明确肾移植供体的血管变异,可作为肾移植供体术前的首选影像学检查。
Objective To determine the value of multislice spiral CT for preoperative assessment of living renal donors. Methods Forty-five consecutive living kidney donors （50 men, 5 women; mean age, 31.10 ± 6.08 years） underwent 16-MDCT in the unenhanced, contrast-enhanced arterial and nephrographic phases. Results Vascular variations included accessory renal arteries （33）, early branching of main renal arteries （7）, multiple renal veins （7）, retro-aortic renal vein （1）, origin of right inferior phrenic artery from right renal artery （2）, late venous confluence （3）, and dilatation of left ovarian vein （2）. Conclusion MSCTA is the first imaging method of choice before living kidney donor transplantation.
