摘要
目的 探讨 Ａｎｄｅｒｓｏｎ Ｈｙｎｅｓ 肾盂成形术对肾盂输尿管连接部梗阻的疗效。方法 采用 Ａｎｄｅｒｓｏｎ Ｈｙｎｅｓ 肾盂成形术治疗２５ 例病人的３０ 个肾盂输尿管连接部梗阻，并随访观察。结果 随访３ ～３２ 个月，２５ 例中２４ 例（２９ 个肾脏） 术后症状减轻或消失，肾盂、肾盏扩大程度明显减轻，吻合口通畅，无并发症发生。１ 例因术后吻合口狭窄而行输尿管肾盏吻合术。结论 Ａｎｄｅｒｓｏｎ Ｈｙｎｅｓ 肾盂成形术是治疗有中、重度肾盂积水的肾盂输尿管连接部梗阻的理想术式。
Objective To estimate the therapeutic effectiveness of Anderson Hynes pyeloplasty in the treatment of obstruction at ureteropelvic junction.Methods 25 cases (30 kidneys)with obstruction at ureteropelvic junction were treated with Anderson Hynes pyeloplasty and a follow-up survey was made.Results A follow-up survey of 3～32months showed that in 24 cases out of 25(29 kidneys)the clinical symptoms were abated or disappeared after operation,the levels of pyelectasia and calyectasis were obviously alleviated and the anastomotic stoma was unobstructed with no complications.Uretero-calyceal anastomosis was done again in 1 case because of anastomotic stenosis in the first operation.Conclusion Anderson Hynes pyeloplasty is an ideal operation in the treatment of obstruction at ureteropelvic junction with moderate or severe hydronephrosis.
