摘要 多重耐药菌是感染控制的严峻挑战。本文对临床重要的多重耐药菌包括鲍曼不动杆菌、铜绿假单胞菌、产超广谱β-内酰胺酶肠杆菌和产碳青霉烯酶肠杆菌的抗菌治疗进行综述。 Multidrug-resistant bacteria poses a serious challenge for infection control. The review focuses on the treatment strategies in the fight against important muhidrug-resistant bacteria including Acinetobacter baumannii, Pseudomonas oeruginosa and Enterobacteriaceac producing extended-spectrumβ-1actamase and carbapenem.
