摘要
分析了当前高校图书馆学科馆员制度建设的现状及重要性,根据科学发展观的"以人为本"的理念,从学科馆员的素质、工作职责、怎样更好地为高校的学科建设发展、科研服务、提高读者的满意度、改进服务方式、拓宽服务内容、提供个性服务以及保障学科馆员制度顺利实施的措施等方面,探讨了高校图书馆学科馆员制度建设问题。学科馆员制度的建立,将开创高校图书馆的一种新的服务模式和新的服务机制。
The article analyses the present conditions and importance of the subject librarian system construction of universities.On the basis of the idea of humanism,the article probes this problem from the following aspects：the quality of the librarians,the job duty,how to serve for subject construction development and science study even better,improving the readers＇ satisfaction,bettering the serving methods,widening serving contents,offering character serve and the ways to ensure the subject librarian system.If the subject librarian system is established,it will open a new service model and new service mechanism in the library.
