摘要
对衬砌用双曲面钢模台车液压系统的工作原理做了具体的分析,并以提升顶模的液压缸为研究对象,使用Matlab/Simulink软件包对设计的液压系统进行仿真分析,得出了液压缸活塞工作过程中各参数变量(位移、速度)随时间的变化曲线.并对曲线进行了分析,进而对系统设计提出合理的改进方案.通过仿真结果曲线可以知道仿真参数对系统性能的影响,有利于选择优化参数,有利于设计出合理的系统,从而实现智能设计.
Detailed analysis of the working principle of the hydraulic system for the lining hypoid steel car is made. For ascension top mould of hydraulic cylinder as research object, Matlab/Simulink software is used to simulate analysis about the hydraulic system. Then curves of parameter variables(displacement, velocity) changing with time in the hydraulic cylinder piston work process can be got. The curve is analyzed; and then the improvement plan of system design is put forward. Through the simulation results curve, the effect of simulation parameters on the performance of the system can be known. It is beneficial to selecting optimal parameters and designing reasonable system, so as to realize intelligent design.
