摘要
关于φ120螺旋啮合冷喂料挤出机中螺杆转速、喂料量以及销钉排数等因素对挤出机挤出温度的影响的实验研究获得了一系列数据,同时对其结果进行了定性分析。这为挤出机的选型、设计和使用操作提供了参考依据。
Based on the experiment of φ120 spiral meshing cold feeding extruder, we have tested the influence for the temperature of extrusion through three aspects, which are the speed of screw, the feeding quantity and the number of pin. And we get some data, which are analyzed. It provides reference basis for the selection, design and operation of extruder.
