摘要
农村电网建设与改造工作，投资多、规模大、时间长、任务重。文中分析了当前农村电网的现状和农网建设与改造的难点，并提出了建设与改造中的若干技术意见。
This paper analyzes the present situation of China rural power grids and difficulties on rural power grid construction and retrofit ,of which some proposals are presented.
