玉米赤霉烯酮对大鼠子宫内膜细胞增殖作用的影响 被引量：2

摘要 目的研究玉米赤霉烯酮对去卵巢大鼠子宫内膜细胞的增殖作用影响。方法将成年雌性大鼠去卵巢后,给予不同剂量的玉米赤霉烯酮(0.01mg/kg、0.05mg/kg和0.20mg/kg)连续3d,观察去卵巢大鼠子宫内膜细胞有丝分裂指数和嗜银染色颗粒数。结果玉米赤霉烯酮低、中、高3个剂量组有丝分裂指数和嗜银染色颗粒数,均高于阴性对照组,差异有显著性(P<0.05),且有明显的剂量-效应关系。结论玉米赤霉烯酮能加速去卵巢大鼠子宫内膜细胞的分裂和增殖,因此,推断它在大鼠体内可能具有雌激素样作用。
