摘要
利用电火花沉积技术,采用自制Ni-Cr合金电极在718模具钢表面制备了Ni-Cr合金涂层,分析了涂层的显微组织、硬度及耐磨性能。结果表明:涂层靠近基体的组织为细小的枝晶,而涂层中部及外层组织为超细晶粒;能谱分析显示,在涂层与基体界面处,Fe及Ni,Cr元素的含量发生突变;涂层的硬度由表层向基体方向呈梯度分布,最高可达890.3HV0.1;涂层的耐磨性大大高于基体,其外层弥散分布的超细晶粒是硬度及耐磨性能较高的主要原因。
The Ni Cr alloy coating was produced on the surface of 718 steel plate with self-made electrode by elec tro spark deposition (ESD) technique, and the microstructure, mierohardness and properties of the coating were investigated. The results show that the fine dendritic structure prevails in the bottom of the coating and ultra fine grains in the middle and upper coating. The EDX analysis shows the Fe, Ni and Cr elements of interface changes suddenly; The hard-ness of the coating shows gradient distribution from the surface to the substrate, the largesl reaches 89.3HV0.1. The wear resistance of the ESD coating is much higher than the substrate. Superfine particles in the coating are the main factors leading to high hardness as well as wear resistance of the coating.
