摘要
目的 为配合临床进行交替半身放疗,我科作了剂量测定、模似治疗等前期准备工作。方法 采用标准人体体模作了模拟治疗,用热释光剂量仪系统作了人体各组织器官实际受照剂量的测定,以验证交替半身放疗(HBL) 的可行性。结果 模拟治疗结果表明,照射后,病人体内的白血病细胞均能受到致死剂量的照射,病人造血能获得重建,体内剂量分布情况基本符合预期要求。结论 交替半身放疗法在白血病的治疗中是一种疗效较佳,且较易开展的一种新的治疗手段,具有一定的使用价值。
Objective To prepare for clinical alternative HBI, we measured the dose distribution in vivo with standard humandody phantom. Method Simulated therapy with standard humandody phantom to check the dose distribution of organs and tissues to find out alternative HBI if it was feasible in leukaemia therapy. Result Simulated therapy showed the dose distribution was quite suitable in clinic. Conclusion Alternative HBI in leukaemia therapy was an effective treatment method. It's a new, feasible, useful, method in clinical leukaemia therapy. [
