切流式双入口气液旋流分离器内的流动分析 被引量:7

摘要 针对切流式双入口气液旋流分离器的内部流动特征,利用Fluent软件进行计算分析,重点对分离器内部流动状态及湍流度进行分析,并考察入口流速对主要分离空间流动参数的影响。结果表明,切流式气液分离器内主要分离空间呈明显的组合涡分布,并且轴向零速包络面呈明显柱形,但分离器入口处能耗较大,排气管入口附近紊流现象严重,当入口流速增大时尤为明显。计算结果对气液旋流分离器的结构优化与性能预测具有指导意义。 The internal flow field in two-inlet gas-liquid tangential cyclone separator was studied by numerical calculation. Fluent software was adopted to simulate the flow characteristic and turbulence of gas-liquid separator. And influences of inlet velocity on flow parameters were presented. The results show that the combined vortex is obvious and line of zero vertical velocity appears to be cylindricality in main separation space of cyclone separator. However, high energy loss generates near the inlet of separator, and there is heavy turbulence near the entrance of exhaust pipe, especially for the increase of inlet velocity. This study is of guid- ing significance in structural improvement and performance prediction of gas-liquid cyclone separator.
