摘要
目的探讨高频超声(HFUS)联合彩色多普勒成像对浅表肿块的诊断价值。方法回顾性分析94例经手术及病理证实的浅表肿块患者的HFUS声像图特征。结果 94例分为9种病变,均属于良性肿块。结论 HFUS联合彩色多普勒成像能确定浅表肿块的大小、深度、鉴别肿块囊实性,分析肿块内部及周边部的血流分布,提示鉴别肿块良恶性的依据。
Objective To investigate the clinical value of high-frequency ultrasound（HFUS） combined with color Doppler flow imaging（CDFI） in the diagnosis of superficial soft tissue masses. Methods Data of HFUS and CDFI were retrospectively analyzed in 94 patients with superficial soft tissue masses diagnosed by operation and pathological examination. Results All samples were divided to 9 kinds and confirmed to be benign mass pathologically. Conclusion HFUS combined with CDFI can determine the size and depth of the superficial soft tissue masses, differentiate solid from cystic masses,analyze blood-flow patterns of the masses, provide useful indications for differentiating the benign from malignant lesions.
