摘要
铁岭体育馆为单层钢网壳结构,采用了矩形钢管-圆柱鼓形节点。为研究矩形钢管-圆柱鼓形节点受力性能,通过6个变换工艺参数的节点拉伸、弯曲、拉弯试验,分析试验现象及其受力机理,验证鼓形节点容许承载力公式。试验结果表明,抗拉构件破坏模式为杆件与圆柱连接焊缝开裂,抗弯、抗拉弯构件破环模式为杆件受压、受拉翼缘屈服。该类鼓形节点的极限荷载与连接钢管同圆柱鼓形节点之间刚度比有关,与焊接工艺也有相当关系。
The Tieling Gymnasium is a steel single-layer shell structure with rectangular tube to cylinder joints.To investigate the behavior of rectangular tube to cylinder joints,testing phenomena and mechanism of 6 joints with variable parameters were compared and analyzed,and formulas to calculate the allowable bearing capacity were confirmed.The test results show that the failure modes of this kind of joint with such dimensions are composed of weld split,local bucking at the compressed flange of the brace.the joint bearing capacity alters with the rigidity ratio of steel tube and cylinder joint,and is also related to the welding techniques.
