摘要
本文介绍了美国力可公司生产的CS-444碳硫测定仪出现流量计为零指示的故障时,对照气路原理图,通过一步步对气路各部分的检查,确定了故障的位置,并成功进行了处理。
After the valve of carrier gas （oxygen） was switched on, the oxygen flowmeter of CS-444 carbon-sulfur analyzer （LECO Company, USA） still indicated to the zero point. This paper describes the solution of this problem. The flow path of the analyzer was checked step by step to find out the troubled location. With this method the trouble was successfully eliminated.
