摘要
军民结合创新体系知识转移是一种典型的国防科技场域和民用科技场域相互流通的跨场域知识转移,其效果将直接影响国防企业和民营企业核心竞争力的提高。运用超循环理论,分析军民结合创新体系的特性,建立军民结合创新体系知识流动网络图。结合军民结合创新体系特征,从知识转移反应循环、知识转移催化循环和知识转移超循环三个维度,构建军民结合创新体系知识转移超循环模型,深入研究和系统分析军民结合创新体系知识转移的协同演化机制,揭示了军民结合创新体系知识转移机理和知识转移对其成员的创造效应。
Knowledge transfer in civil-military integration innovation system is one kind of knowledge transfer that occurs in defense-related technology field and civil technology field,which promotes the core competitiveness of the national defense enterprise and private enterprise.Based on hypercycle theory,this paper analyses the characteristics of civil-military integration innovation system and builds a knowledge flow network diagram of the system.Combined with the features of Civil-military integration innovation system and according to the three dimensions of knowledge transfer reaction cycle,knowledge transfer catalysis cycle and knowledge transfer hypercycle,a knowledge transfer super cycle model of civil-military integration innovation system is constructed.The paper also researches and analysises the co-evolution mechanism of civil-military integration innovation system of knowledge transfer and reveals the system＇s creative effects on its members
