摘要
小鼠一次性腹腔内注射CrO_332mg/kg24小时后,肝小叶周边带肝细胞的葡萄糖-6-磷酸酶(G-6-Pase)、琥珀酸脱氢酶(SDH)活性明显下降,线粒体(M)、内质网(ER)等有明显病理改变。肝细胞颗粒变性、脂肪变性、糖原含量下降。表明CrO_3对小鼠肝脏有明显区域性毒性作用,对肝细胞线粒体、内质网的生化功能和超微结构有明显影响。
Effect of acute CrO3 intoxication on rnouse liver were investigated with enzymohistocytoche raistry and raorphology methods. Administration of CrO3 32mg/kg, single intraperitoneally, to mlce resulted in,in the hepatocytes of the perilobular zone, activities of glucose-6-phosphatase and succinate dehydrogenase decreasing, endoplasmic reticula and mitochondria clearly damaged, cloudy swelling, fatty degeneratlon, glycogon content reducing. The results showed that obvious and regional hepatoxicity could be induced by CrO3, which might related to the change of bio chemical functions and structurs of endoplasmic reticula and mitochondria.
