摘要
碳酸二甲酯( D M C) 是一种新的有机合成产品,它可广泛用于石油、医药、精细化 工等生产过程,其热力学性质越来越 受到人 们的重 视。用 静态平 衡釜实测 了碳酸 二甲酯 和苯二 元系在 25 ,40 ,55 ,60 ℃的汽 液 平 衡 数 据, 它 们 都 通 过 了 热 力 学 一 致 性 检 验。采 用 非 线 性 回 归 法, 以 过 量 自 由 焓 ∑ G E R T cal- G E R T exp ≤0 .000 1 作为目标函数,用4 个温度下的汽液平衡数据回归出 Wilson 方程中的二元可调参数 Λij ,并以 Wilson 方程为求取活度系数的模型对二元系各个温度下的汽液平衡数 据进行关联计算,结果表明Δy1 的平均值在0 .03 左右,Δp/ pexp 的平均值在0 .
DMC is a new organic chemical product. It has a widely use in petrochemical, medical, and fine-chemical fields. Its thermodynamic properties attract great attention. Vapor-liquid equilibrium data for the system DMC and benzene at 25,40,55,65℃ have been determined by using static equilibrium apparatus. All of them pass the thermodynamics consistency test. The binary parameters Λ ij in Wilson equation have been obtained by using nonlinear regression method in which the objective function is the extra molar Gibbs energies ∑ G ERT cal - G ERT exp ≤0.000 1. The regression is based on the data from 25, 40, 55, 65 ℃. And the Wilson equation has been chosem as model for active coefficients to make relating calculation of vapor-liquid equilibrium data at each temperature in this binary system, the result shows that the average diviation Δ y 1 is about 0.03 and Δ p /Δ p exp is about 0.04.
