摘要 介绍了洛阳石油化工工程公司ROCC-V型重油催化裂化装置再生技术的主要特点及两年多的运行情况,分析了温度、过剩氧量、线速、烧焦比例、主风单耗及烟气携带的再生催化剂量等影响再生效果的因素;并提出了若干调整和控制措施。两年多的工业运行表明,该技术适合于加工重油,技术指标先进,有广阔的应用前景。 The main characteristics of the regeneration technique together with more than two years operating experiences of the ROCC-V type residue catalytic cracking unit of Luoyang Petrochemical Engineering Corporation were introduced Factors effecting catalyst regeneration effect such as temperature,excess oxygen amount, linear velocity, coke burning proportion, unit main air consumption and the amount of regenerated catalyst entrained by flue gas were analyzed. Both adjusting and control measures for suitable temperature, excess oxygen amount in flue gas, transfer rate of oxygen, coke burning proportion as well as the amount of regenerated catalyst entrained by flue gas of the two regenerators were proposed. More than two years commercial running showed that this technique has wide application prospect.
