摘要
对85例智力低下患儿进行了遗传咨询,发现7例大Y染色体。在染色体异常病人中,仅次于21三体,但二者表现相似,故在遗传咨询中,大Y染色体综合征是不可忽视的智力低下患儿的病因之一。
85 cases the children of feeblemindedness were counseled and round seven large Y chromosome. In the disease of abnormal chromosome. In the disease of abnormal chromosome, large Y chromosome is only less than the Down's syndrome; they are similar in clinical phenotype. In genetic counseling, the large Y chromosome syndrome was one of the disease which not to be ingnoredin the children of the feeblemindednss.
